Second annual Hollywood Movie Night to show ‘It’s a Wonderful Life’

On Saturday the Intermediate school will host Old Hollywood Movie Night, a classy fundraiser for the High School Choir program.   They will be showing the classic Christmas movie “It’s a Wonderful Life”, as a formal event open for everyone to attend.

This is the second year of Hollywood Movie Night, after it proved to be popular last year when “Singing in the Rain” was shown at the high school.  According to High School Choir Director Kristi Billings that there will be more than just a movie to entertain guests.  “There will be a red carpet and ‘paparazzi’ photo booth…concessions like popcorn and candy, door prizes, a raffle, and live performances.”  Ms. Billings added, “It’s just a fun event that gives you an occasion to dress up for.  Reuse your prom dresses and tuxedos for something fun and low key.”

“Its a Wonderful Life” will start at 7:00 P.M. at the Intermediate school but doors will open at 6:30, giving attendees an opportunity to get a photo taken beforehand.
