The Lady Eagles slid by the Indian Creek Lady Braves 1-0 in the lowest scoring game of the season.

Junior Emma Summers pitched another brilliant game for the Lady Eagles. Summers pitched the entire game only allowing one hit and no runs. In the field, there was only one error. Right Fielder Whitney Clark made her first error of the season.

Batting for the Lady Eagles was the lowest it has been all season. The Lady Eagles hit for a low .190 with only four hits. Juniors Myka Snyder and Emma Summers hit .500 to lead the team. Junior Taylor Poling hit the only multi-base hit with a double in the fourth inning to knock in the only run of the game.

With this win, the Lady Eagles improve to 15-0 in season play and are on top of the conference standings with a 4-0 conference. The Lady Eagles will try to continue their undefeated season traveling to Bloomington High School South to face a struggling Panther team. The Lady Eagles won’t be home until May 1st to take on Edgewood to complete a two-game series.
