Holiday Light Parade, toy drive begins Dec. 7

The Holiday Light Parade will be held December 7 at 6:00 p.m. in Nashville. The parade offers a variety of unique and brightly lit floats that will travel through the Village of Nashville.

Residents and visitors are encouraged to bring a new unwrapped toy to the parade. Unfortunately, used toys can not be accepted. All the toys will be given to the Salvation Army to be donated to local families in need with kids around the county. Donation sites will be set up throughout the Village or you can simply give the toy to a float representative in the parade.

Anyone is welcome to join the parade, however, you must register by 4:00 p.m. on the day of the event in order to participate. It will be a chilly night, so be sure to dress warm and bring holiday spirit!
